When I checked my Ontario cashier after depositing $10, Interac e-Transfer appeared as my preferred withdrawal account. Payment to Card, eCheck and Apple Pay also appeared.

The Payment to Card tile displayed Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos, but Betway says Mastercard can fund an account but cannot receive withdrawals. What Can Affect Betway Withdrawal Time?

Betway tries to return money through an account previously used to deposit. If several accounts are connected, it generally uses the most recent one, although recent Visa or PayPal deposits may receive priority.

Other possible delays include:

• Identity checks: Betway may request identification if electronic age verification is unsuccessful.
• Security reviews: Additional checks can keep a request pending.
• Account ownership: The payment account must belong to the registered player.
• Bonus restrictions: Only cash is withdrawable. Withdrawing with an active bonus forfeits the remaining bonus.
• Weekends: Pending times may vary, while Interac timing excludes weekends and bank holidays.

How to Withdraw From Betway

You can reverse all or part of a withdrawal while its status remains Submitted. Open Banking, select Deposit and use the reversal option beside the pending amount. It cannot be reversed after processing begins.

Tips to Avoid Betway Withdrawal Delays

Set up Interac Autodeposit. It removes manual acceptance and can shorten the wait after Betway releases the payment.

Use a method you have deposited with. Your deposit history can determine which withdrawal options are available.

Monitor your email and spam folder. Betway may request identification, while manual Interac transfers require payment instructions. I suggest checking your email before contacting support if a withdrawal appears stuck.

Enter the Interac password carefully. Repeated incorrect attempts can cancel the transfer. Betway’s Payments team can retrieve a misplaced password.

Review active bonuses. A withdrawal may forfeit the remaining bonus.

Common Betway Withdrawal Issues and How to Fix Them

• A method is blocked: A prior successful deposit through that method may be required.
• Interac has not arrived: Allow up to 24 hours for instructions and two business days after acceptance.
• The Interac transfer expired: You have 30 days to accept it. The funds then return to Betway and can take another three business days to be paid back.
• The request remains pending: Check its status and your email. It can remain pending for up to 72 hours.
• The method is unavailable: Choose an eligible cashier option. Some processors are deposit-only.
• The request was rejected: Save the error message and contact Betway support.
