Schwarber, 33, hit his first of the game on one knee during the first inning against Cubs starting pitcher Javier Assad to put the Phillies up 1-0.
It wouldn't be until his next at bat two innings later, off Assad again, when Schwarber would put his team up 4-0 with a two-run bomb. The two homers marked his fifth and sixth of the season, bringing his RBI total up to 12.
It's his first multi-home run game of the 2026 season after recording five last year - a season in which he led the National League with 56 home runs and led all of baseball with 132 RBI.
Heading into Monday night's game, the Phillies were 7-8, sitting in third place in the National League East. They're starting a three-game series with the Cubs that'll run through April 15th.
