Kylian Mbappe has been named Real Madrid Player of the Season for the second year running after another outstanding individual campaign in front of goal.

The France international delivered remarkable numbers, finishing as La Liga’s top scorer with 25 goals and claiming the Golden Boot for a second successive year.

He also topped the Champions League scoring charts with 15 goals. Across all competitions, he registered 42 goals and seven assists in 44 appearances, contributing decisively on 49 occasions.

However, his achievements have come amid growing tension at the Santiago Bernabeu, with supporters expressing frustration during a trophyless season for the club.

Since joining Real Madrid on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain, he has accumulated 86 goals and 12 assists in 103 matches.

On the international stage, Mbappe has been selected by Didier Deschamps for the upcoming 2026 World Cup, where he will look to add to his legacy and close in on all-time tournament records.
