Tottenham have completed the signing of Manchester City winger Savinho in a mammoth deal reportedly worth £75 million plus add-ons, a record sale for the Cityzens.

Savinho becomes the latest arrival in what has been a summer of huge change in north London, with the Brazilian Spurs' seventh addition of the window.

He follows Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Jan Paul van Hecke, Martin Dubravka, Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali.

"It's taken a while but I'm very happy to be here," Savinho said. "It's a wonderful opportunity at a brilliant club with one of the best managers in the world.

"As soon as I spoke to the head coach, I knew I had to come. He told me he wants to help me reach the highest level, and I believe we can do that together, as a team."

Savinho struggled for game time at City and featured just 24 times in the Premier League last season - with the majority of those appearances coming from the bench.

His former City teammate, Omar Marmoush, is reportedly set to follow him to north London as Tottenham continue to provide reinforcements for Roberto De Zerbi's first full season in charge of the club.
