Main draw ceremony
Both the men's and women's singles draws will take place on Friday, June 26, at 11:00 AM Central European Summer Time (CEST). We should be able to watch the draw live. Further information will be added as soon as it becomes available.
Main draw
Mark Monday, June 29, in your calendar. That is the day the Wimbledon 2026 main draw action begins. The final matches are scheduled for the first half of July. The women's title clash will take place on Saturday, July 11, and the men will battle for the trophy on Sunday, July 12.
So far, the only player to withdraw is the two-time champion and last year's finalist, Carlos Alcaraz.
Seedings
The top 32 players in both the men's and women's singles draws will be seeded. Seeded players cannot face another seed before the third round. For the 2026 Wimbledon, the rankings of June 22 will determine the seeding, since the draw takes place on June 26.
Qualifying
Wimbledon lasts three weeks, and everything starts with the qualifying competition. The 32 players advancing to the main draw will be known on Thursday, June 25. A total of 128 men and 128 women will compete in qualifying.
