Memphis Tigers guard PJ Haggerty (21) told The Athletic on Thursday that he will be entering the transfer portal, meaning he will be joining his fourth team in four years.

Haggerty was third in the entire NCAA with his 21.7 points per game this past season on top of averaging 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.8 steals

He went on to win the American Athletic Conference Player of the Year.

This past season, the stud guard put up a career-best 36.4 three-point percentage and 81.8 free-throw percentage.

Memphis went 29-6 on the year and ultimately lost to Colorado State in the first round of the NCAA tournament where Haggerty put up 18 points, six rebounds, three assists, and two steals.

Haggerty started his career at Texas Christian University (TCU) but only played in six games, which ultimately led to him transferring to Tulsa where he put up 21.2 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.9 steals per game in 31 games while averaging just under 34 minutes per game.

Now, Haggerty, who some may consider the best player in the nation, is looking for his new home.
