The hosts dominated for large parts of the opening 45 minutes, but rarely tested Kevin Trapp in the Paris goal very often.
Remi Himbert failed to hit the target with a header from a Tyler Morton free-kick early on, despite the striker being unmarked.
Tanner Tessmann also tried his luck from distance, but the effort did not concern the German goalkeeper, who was behind it all the way to make the stop in what was the only attempt on target in the first half.
Les Bleus created very little in the first period, though Marshall Munetsi had an effort that sliced wide of the mark.

The visitors looked bright after the restart, and nearly went in front when Jonathan Ikone played Moses Simon through on goal, but put the Nigerian shot wide of the target. Paris continued to grow in momentum as Nhoa Sangui went close moments later, forcing a save from Dominik Greif.
However, the Lyon stopper had a hand in the away side breaking the deadlock, after a corner kick to the back post was nodded back towards the edge of the box, where Rudy Matondo unleashed a powerful effort, but Greif parried it into Munetsi’s path.
The Zimbabwean international could not miss from there, converting his chance to put the Parisians in front. The offside flag was raised to initially rule the goal out, but following a VAR review, Munetsi was able to celebrate his third goal in as many matches.
Lyon were only able to create a few half-chances after going behind, as they continued to struggle to test Trapp.
Adam Karabec found Abner Vinicius with a cross, only for the Brazilian’s header to go just over the bar, before the Czech forward had a chance of his own that was thwarted by Paris’ experienced German goalkeeper.
Just as it looked like the Parisians were set to claim back-to-back victories in the league for the first time since September, Lyon were awarded a penalty deep into stoppage time after Alimani Gory handled Adil Hamdani’s cross.
With VAR’s assistance, the referee pointed to the spot, where Tolisso stepped up and buried his penalty to score for a fourth successive league game.
The point moves Lyon level with Marseille in third place, while Paris will be disappointed with the draw, the Parisians are now unbeaten in their last four games on their travels in Ligue 1.
