The finals of the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League and UEFA Conference League are now known, and here is one stat from each of the 12 teams following the return legs.

UEFA Champions League: Inter Milan 4-3 Barcelona, AET

20 - For the second time in three seasons, Inter Milan will contest a Champions League final. Davide Frattesi got the club's winner in extra time to put them through.

The Nerazzurri have had no problems scoring in the competition this term. Tuesday's victory was the fourth time they managed to score three or more times in the UCL. It is the first time in 20 years that they have managed to do such a thing.

43 - It was heartbreak for Barcelona in Italy, as they were moments away from reaching their first final in a decade. In the end, they could not hold on, and falter at this stage as they did six years ago. Remarkably, the Catalans only led for seven minutes throughout the two legs.

Overall, Barca scored 43 times in the UCL this term. That is the most since 1999/2000, when they scored 45 times. Funny enough, they were also eliminated at the semi-final stage.

UEFA Champions League: Paris Saint-Germain 2-1 Arsenal

10 - Paris Saint-Germain are in their second Champions League final after they finished off their North London rivals. For the third round in a row, the Ligue 1 champions have knocked out English opposition, going 4-0-2 across those six matches.

Wednesday's result made it 10 wins in the competition this term for Les Parisiens. That is the most they have ever had in a European season, one more than the nine they had in the UCL 30 years ago.

8 - Arsenal's first UCL semi-final in 16 years ends in disappointment as the Gunners could not overturn their first-leg deficit. That left the club missing out on what would have been their second-ever final in Europe's premier club competition.

It is the first time in eight years that Arsenal lost both legs of a European tie. The last time this occurred to them was in the 2016/17 UCL in the round of 16 versus Bayern Munich.

UEFA Europa League: Bodo/Glimt 0-2 Tottenham

13 - Bodo/Glimt's incredible European journey has come to an end at home. Although they were kept off the scoreboard this time around, the Norwegians can take pride in what was a remarkable run.

As for the match itself, Bodo being kept off the scoresheet ended a run of 13 straight continental home games where they did score. Club Brugge were the last side to accomplish this feat, last season in the UECL.

33 - Six years on from their last final, Tottenham are back in a European showpiece. While they have never gone this far in the Europa League under its current guise, they did so thrice in the UEFA Cup era.

Just as they did in the quarter-finals, Spurs kept a clean sheet on the road. As such, it was the first time in 33 years that Tottenham have kept multiple away clean sheets in two-legged ties, within the same season. They last did so in the 1991/92 UEFA Cup Winners Cup

UEFA Europa League: Manchester United 4-1 Athletic Bilbao

19 - Manchester United are in their third Europa League final after another solid win. The Red Devils have managed to get this far unbeaten.

In the process, they have also been able to find the back of the net on the regular in the knockout rounds. United have scored 19 times in the knockout phase, the same amount as in the 2020/21 campaign. That leaves bad memories for them though, as they were defeated on penalties by Villarreal on that occasion.

7 - Athletic Bilbao will miss out on the chance to play their third UEFA Cup/Europa League final. It would have been an even more special occasion for the Spanish side, as they would have contested the showpiece in their own venue. Instead, they lost both legs by three-goal margins, ending such hope.

Across the two legs, Athletic conceded seven times. That is the joint-most they have managed to concede in a two-legged tie in Europe. It also happened in the second round of the 1988/89 UEFA Cup against Juventus.

UEFA Conference League: Chelsea 1-0 Djurgarden

2 - Chelsea finished off their Swedish opponents, winning by the smallest margin to reach their eighth European final. The Blues notched their 11th win in 12 Conference League games.

In reaching the UECL final, they have become the second team to play the final of all of UEFA's major club competitions past and present (Champions League, Europa League, Cup Winners Cup, and Conference League). Victory in Wroclaw will make them the first club to win each of the aforementioned tournaments at least once.

3 - Djurgarden's lengthy continental season comes to a close in London as they could not cause a shock. The Swedes exit Europe, but could return to the Conference League next term if Malmo win the Swedish Cup final.

Their defeat on Thursday night was their third away loss in the UECL this term. Funny enough, all three of those losses were by a 1-0 scorelines, with two coming in the knockout stages.

UEFA Conference League: Fiorentina 2-2 Real Betis, AET

14 - It will not be three straight UECL finals for Fiorentina as they were undone in extra time. Before this, La Viola had prevailed in every single two-legged tie in the Conference League's short history. That has now changed, but the Italians are still in contention to return to the competition next season.

Fiorentina have managed to go unbeaten at home in Europe for the second year running, with their streak now at 14.

5 - Real Betis will have the chance to lift their maiden European trophy on 27 May. Of the six finalists, they are the only debutants. Los Verdiblancos had never even contested a continental semi-final before this campaign, but now they are in a final.

This was the fifth time Betis were involved in a two-legged tie that required extra time, with this being the first time they advanced from a tie that went beyond 180 minutes.
