The two least accurate shooting sides of Serie A will meet when Parma, who have scored with just 2% of their shot attempts this season, host a Torino side who have not fared much better with a 3% conversion rate!

Match News and Current Form

After avoiding the drop by only five points last season, Parma began round five of this campaign in the relegation zone and still looking for their first league win under Carlos Cuesta (D2, L2). The Spaniard has won both of his Coppa Italia fixtures since taking over in June but no other manager has failed to win their first five league games in charge of the Crusaders since the 2006/07 season. He remains unbeaten at the Stadio Ennio Tardini (W2, D1) and Parma avoided defeat in six of their last seven Serie A matches at the venue (W2, D4, L1), so confidence should still remain high.

Torino went into their last Serie A away game looking to avoid a fifth consecutive top-flight away defeat and did so by picking up their first league win of the campaign. Although they then lost 3-0 at home in matchday four, the Granata bounced back immediately with a 1-0 Coppa Italia win over Pisa on Thursday and they will travel to Parma with only two defeats from their six games across all competitions this season (W3, D1). Another victory on Monday for Marco Baroni’s side would also be significant as they have not managed successive away wins in Serie A in over a year.

Head-to-Head History

Although Parma have a 56% home win rate against Torino in the top-flight (W10, D5, L3), their third-highest percentage against any team they’ve hosted more than ten times, it is Torino who are undefeated across the last five Serie A H2Hs (W2, D3).
